The Best Way to get the most money for your used telephone equipment is to submit details on your system to multiple vendors, and then let them competitively bid on it. I have assembled a list of over 20 of the top equipment buyers in Texas and across the United States to purchase your used telephone system equipment. This is a free service I offer to my clients! I do not "get a cut" nor am I a middle man.

My clients who buy new Business Telephone Systems often need help selling their old telephone system equipment, so it only made sense to me to put together something automated to assist them. No need to fish around online or waste your valuable time and money listing your equipment on auction sites and hoping for results.

Go right to the source: Buyers who want your used telephone equipment! Please follow these easy steps to liquidate your system at your convenience. Remember, equipment is worth more when taken from a working environment, so timing is key, especially when you are moving.

Instructions
  • Download and fill out this inventory sheet here. It is a word document that has places for all of the vital information vendors need to know about your used telephone equipment to give you an accurate bid for your system.
  • Fill out the form as completely as possible, including quantity, model numbers, age of equipment, condition, info on the voice mail or software applications, etc. Make sure to include your contact information. If the vendors have specific questions about your equipment, they will be able to contact you directly. Feel free to attach pictures with a maximum of 5Meg.
  • Send your completed list attached to this email. Sell My Phones!(This is a picture to avoid spam to the vendors you are sending your list to.)
  • Use this EMAIL TEMPLATE for the language in the body of your email. Be sure to read the parts in red and customize as appropriate.

Once you press send from your email with the completed document attached, your list will be forwarded to all of the top used telephone system buyers in the nation. I am always adding to my list to make sure you have the best options available to you. If you are a vendor who would like to be added to my list, contact me.

This process will often take several days for you to begin to receive bids. Some bids will come the same day, but that will often depend on the size of your used telephone system and the completeness of the details you provide. I will not be copied on your bids, so all questions should be directed to the used telephone equipment buyers that sent you the bid in question.

If you have any questions during this process, feel free to contact me for input.

Proper Expectations

To help set proper expectations for you during this process, I feel the need to inform you that I have recently heard my clients express shock and dismay at some of the bids they have received from wholesale buyers. Not all, but some. There are a couple of things you should know about selling used telephone system equipment:

  • Wholesale buyers have to refurbish the phone system equipment, working condition or not, as they must warranty the used telephone systems they sell. There is substantial manpower cost involved in that process.
  • There is a large amount of used telephone system inventory on the market right now due to the mass migration to VOIP systems. This taps into the basic laws of supply and demand. If there is a ton of inventory, and not much demand, the price you receive will go down accordingly.
  • Old electronics do not hold value well.
  • Your buyer will typically be from OUT OF THE AREA. It is standard practice in the used telephone system buying business for them to pay for shipping, and upon receipt of the equipment in the quantity and in the condition you stated it was in, to issue you a check at that time. If this is an issue, please deal with someone local. All of these vendors have been pre-screened, so this should not be an issue. You will also be expected to pack the system at your cost to be ready for shipping. Certainly, depending on the size and weight of a system, it will affect how much a vendor can give you for it.
Please keep those points in mind as you prepare yourself for your bids. Bypass the middle man and go straight to the buyers from our site!

Submit your used telephone system equipment today!

Thank you, and I look forward to the opportunity to be of service to you.
